Kim Kardashian Criticism: Glenn Close Weighs In

Glenn Close is objecting to the critics.

After the Kim Kardashian-led new series All’s Fair earned some negative reviews following its Nov. 4 premiere, Glenn defended her costar and the legal drama.

“I swear to God, I’ve seen all nine episodes and it’s pretty f–king good,” she told The Guardian in a recent interview. “It is what it is: it’s juicy and outrageous at times and touching.”

Although Kim—who stars as attorney Allura Grant alongside Naomi Watts and Niecy Nash—doesn’t have an extensive acting background, Glenn isn’t concerned about her resume.

As the 78-year-old added, “She surrounded herself with really good people.”

And it’s been especially fun to work alongside the Kardashians star—who shares children North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5, with ex-husband Kanye “Ye” West—for the Hulu original.

“She’s lovely,” Glenn gushed. “And very smart. Very, very conscientious with her kids. When we were filming, she was going through working towards her law degree, and near the end, she would have flashcards.”
