On April 17, Lionsgate’s Dust Bunny arrives on the streaming platform. Directed by Bryan Fuller, it follows a child named Aurora who asks a hit man to terminate the monster that she believes is behind the death of her parents. However, the hit man thinks that the family was killed by assassins who were after his life. The film mostly received positive reviews with an 85% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and 6.5/10 on IMDB.
The star cast features Mads Mikkelsen, Sophie Sloan, Sigourney Weaver, and Sheila Atim, among others.
Moreover, Smiling Friends’ third season’s second part drops on HBO Max this week. Season 3, which premiered in October 2025, will return to air two additional episodes, marking the end of the franchise after years. While these are final episodes, creator Zach Hadel claimed they are not the ” finales,” but “little stragglers” that did not make it to the initial rollout, hoping fans will now enjoy them (via Variety).
