Meri Brown Discusses Her Relationship With Robyn Brown

Meri Brown and Janelle Brown Helped Pay for Robyn Brown’s House

Meri Brown and Janelle Brown contributed financially to assist Robyn Brown in purchasing her home.

The complications surrounding the Coyote Pass sale stemmed from unresolved issues related to their Vegas dealings.

When Meri sold her five-bedroom home in Las Vegas, she transferred the profits to enable Robyn to buy her five-bedroom property in Arizona, with additional support from Janelle.

During the Jan. 18 One-on-One special, Meri explained, “They bought the house that was for them and then, you know, it doubled in value when they sold it. Yay, them.”

At that point, she and Janelle clarified that their loan was not specifically tied to the house.

When it was time to sell their land in Arizona, Kody explained, “There were agreements that hadn’t been settled. Janelle and Meri had gifted money to me and Robyn to purchase Robyn’s house. Meri’s house proceeds from her Las Vegas sale were half mine, OK? They wanted their 25 percent of Coyote Pass, but I had invested extra money. They expected reimbursement for their gift towards Robyn’s house, but I hadn’t been compensated. We couldn’t negotiate.”

Robyn noted they managed to reach an agreement with Janelle. “She said 100 percent we were square with her, but Meri hadn’t.”

Nevertheless, Kody maintained that Meri’s payment was forthcoming. “Meri will get paid,” he asserted. “Everybody is going to have their money and I’m going to be bitter because they sat there and just s–t talked me the whole time.”
