Milan Fashion Week Spring 2026 Highlights: Part One

Currently, the Spring 2026 season of Milan Fashion Week is in full swing, creating a buzz in the Milanese city. MFW had not even officially started on Monday when Demna gave us a sneak peek at his highly anticipated take on Gucci.

The very first official show scheduled by the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana was that of Diesel. Fresh from his acclaimed Maison Margiela couture debut, Glenn Martens staged a literal egg hunt to playfully kick-start MFW with a bang. Later in the day, Lorenzo Seragini presented his sophomore collection as the creative force behind Alberta Ferretti, who emphasized his romantic ready-to-wear aesthetic with an array of fluid and dreamy silhouettes on the runway.

Next on the schedule was Simone Bellotti’s debut as Jil Sander designer, who completely won over our forum members with a collection that was a “return to form.” At Fendi, Silvia offered a more relaxed and streamlined, sportswear-inspired vision for spring, while the Prada lineup from co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons showcased an explosion of bold and vivid colors.

And that’s not all. From Max Mara to Etro (and everything in between) – scroll further for part one of theFashionSpot’s highlights of Milan Fashion Week Spring 2026:
