Sweet niblets, that’s a happy dad.

Billy Ray Cyrus publicly celebrated his daughter Miley Cyrus getting engaged to Maxx Morando while giving a special shoutout to another cherished person in their lives.

“No wonder you turned out so special,” Billy Ray wrote alongside a Dec. 2 Instagram picture of him, Miley, and her godmother Dolly Parton. “You have the greatest Godmother in the world!!! @dollyparton. So happy you and MaxxAgazillion found each other!!!!!”

“Congratulations! Happy to see you both so happy!!! Love Dad.”

Billy’s sweet message to his daughter comes after the two reconciled following a rough patch in their relationship. In fact, as a testament to their love for each other, Miley recently released the song “Secrets” in her father’s honor.

“Songs outlive us all,” the 33-year-old told E! News’ Will Marfuggi at the global premiere of Avatar: Fire and Ash on Dec. 1 in Hollywood. “That’s the fun thing about putting out music for someone that you love. It’s adding onto his legacy by attaching this song to him.”
