Monty Lopez, the father of Addison Rae, is currently dealing with legal issues.
At 50 years old, he was arrested in July and charged with felony obscenity for allegedly exposing himself in Louisiana, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on February 17.
The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office accused him of “exposing his genitals, pubic hair, in a public place or place open to public view, or in any prison or jail, with the intent of arousing sexual desire or which appealed to the prurient interest or was patently offensive,” according to the documents.
Lopez, who has pleaded not guilty to the alleged incident, which occurred nearly a year earlier in August 2024, has a next hearing scheduled for March 19, with prosecutors recommending a year of hard labor.
E! News has reached out to a representative for Lopez for comment but has not yet received a response.
Although Lopez has not publicly addressed the charges, he has expressed a positive mindset since turning 50 in November.
