“We grew up in a smaller house, living on top of each other and then life changes—people went to college, I got married, we separated and now the band is back together,” Brooks gushed. “It feels like we’re right back in Louisiana at home but dropped in the middle of New York City. It’s just special as you go through the highs and lows of life to just have a sister in the next room.”
As she put it, “Something happens and it’s just a knock on the door.”
Sister bonding doesn’t just happen at home, either. All four of the Nader sisters stepped out for the Alice + Olivia event, which the host and brand’s CEO Stacey Bendet emphasized to E! News, “means a lot.”
“It hasn’t been the easiest year,” Stacey explained. “There was so much volatility, like all over the world. I’m also raising three kids. So for my friends to come on a Wednesday night and show up for me, it means a lot.”
