NFL Prank Draft Call: Shedeur Sanders Receives Apology

The Heartwarming Moment of Kelvin Banks Jr.’s Newborn Son Captivates Audiences During the 2025 NFL Draft Live Broadcast

Jax Ulbrich is openly expressing his deep regrets to Shedeur Sanders, a rising star in the football community.

In case you missed it, the former University of Colorado football standout—who happens to be the son of renowned Colorado head coach and Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders—was the target of a prank call during the much-anticipated 2025 NFL Draft on April 25.

During this unexpected call, Jax, the son of Atlanta Falcons’ defensive coordinator Jeff Ulrich, impersonated the general manager of the New Orleans Saints, feigning an offer for a position on the team before abruptly disconnecting the call, leaving many shocked.

Just two days later, the 21-year-old took to social media to publicly apologize for his actions, acknowledging how inappropriate they were.

“On Friday night, I made a tremendous mistake,” he stated on Instagram on April 27. “Shedeur, what I did was entirely inexcusable, and I recognize that it was both embarrassing and shameful.”

“I sincerely apologize for taking away from your monumental moment; my actions were selfish and immature,” Jax continued. “I cannot fathom how it feels to prepare for one of the most significant moments of your life, only for someone to disrupt it. Thank you for accepting my call earlier today, and I truly hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.”
