‘Camp Rock 3’ Officially Coming: How Demi Lovato and Jonas Brothers Are Involved
For the third time in his life, Nick Jonas is spending his birthday filming a Camp Rock movie.
But this time around, the singer had his wife Priyanka Chopra, 43, by his side in addition to older brothers Joe Jonas, 36, and Kevin Jonas, 37.
“Somehow my third time celebrating my birthday on the set of Camp Rock?” Nick, who starred in 2008’s Camp Rock and 2010’s Camp Rock 2, wrote on Instagram on Sept. 18. “15, 17 and now the best one yet, 33.”
Sharing footage from the set—including him blowing out candles on a birthday cake while in the wooded location—he added a sweet message to Priyanka, with whom he shares 3-year-old daughter Malti, “My [heart emoji].”
Nick’s return to his Disney Channel roots comes shortly after the third installment was officially announced on Sept. 17. The film will include the Jonas Brothers as their fictional band Connect 3 returning to camp. Demi Lovato will not be reprising her role as Mitchie Torres, but she will be part of the film as an executive producer.
