Nina Dobrev is breaking free.
Two months after her sudden breakup with Shaun White, the Vampire Diaries alum shared an eyebrow-raising message that seemingly alluded to the couple’s broken engagement after five years together.
In a Nov. 13 TikTok video set to Ariana Grande‘s 2014 smash hit “Break Free,” Nina flipped off the camera while lip-syncing, “If you want it, take it / I should have said it before.”
The 36-year-old then showcased her empty ring finger, mouthing the words, “Tried to hide it, fake it / I can’t pretend anymore.”
As if the lyrics weren’t already fiery enough, Nina concluded the video by scowling at the camera and flipping her middle finger again.
This isn’t the first time the actress’ social media activity had fans intrigued following her split from Shaun, who she dated for five years. Shortly before news of their separation surfaced, she shared a TikTok video in which she lip-synced to a sassy track about other women trying to “fix” a man.
