Patrick J. Adams is celebrating his wife Troian Bellisario‘s birthday!

On Tuesday (October 28), the 44-year-old Suits actor took to Instagram to share a cheeky nude photo of the Pretty Little Liars actress in honor of her 40th birthday.

“I don’t know how you do it all or how I got so lucky to do it with you but I’ll take every damn drop I can get,” Patrick wrote. “Happy birthday @sleepinthegardn – you are the gift that literally never stops giving and everyone lucky enough to know you feels it.

In his carousel of photos, Patrick included a nude photo of Troian laying out by the pool along with a pic of her in an ice bath, photos of her sleeping in bed and doing yoga with their daughters, a selfie of the two of them posing with mountains behind them, and a pic of Troian when she was pregnant at the Grand Canyon.

If you didn’t know, Patrick and Troian have been married since 2016 and welcomed their first daughter Aurora in October 2018. They then welcomed their second daughter Elliot in May 2021.
