Jade Thirwall expresses that she feels the allure of Ozempic … and, her history of an eating disorder makes it a challenge to resist using the drug.
The singer opened up about her weight loss struggles in an interview published Saturday by The Guardian … and, she mentioned it’s a “daily battle” to refrain from using Ozempic.
Thirwall states, “I don’t judge people that do, but because I have a history of eating disorders, I don’t know where taking something like that would end for me.”
If you are unaware … Thirwall battled anorexia during her teenage years and while she was with the band Little Mix. Currently, she claims she is the healthiest she’s ever been, but acknowledges receiving a lot of negativity online from individuals who believe she is not thin enough.
She remarks, “People are accustomed to seeing me in a group setting, five or ten years ago, when I was extremely thin due to my eating disorder in my early 20s.”
Thirwall adds that she developed anorexia as a means of gaining control during periods of unhappiness and chaos in her life.

In conclusion … Jade emphasizes that everyone has their own approach regarding Ozempic — it simply isn’t suitable for her.
