Andy Cohen is not starting the New Year with a completely new look … he tells fans he didn’t undergo plastic surgery — although he admits to having had a bit of work done.

The situation is this … Cohen hosted the New Year’s Eve coverage on CNN Wednesday night alongside Anderson Cooper — as he typically does — and many viewers took to social media to question whether Andy had recently had cosmetic surgery.

Despite online speculation about a more extensive procedure, Cohen took to Threads to clarify the rumors … stating, “Did the smallest amount of Botox and lost 20 pounds! And had a lot of makeup on.”

Andy’s remarks generated even more buzz than his rumored plastic surgery during the New Year’s Eve show … particularly when the star criticized former New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

In case you missed it … Cohen went on a tirade about Adams’ tumultuous mayoral tenure — including mentioning the Department of Justice dismissing the federal fraud case against him. Zohran Mamdani was sworn in as the city’s mayor just hours after Andy’s comments.

The former mayor retorted by telling Cohen he should attend Alcoholics Anonymous. AC appeared to be intoxicated while making his remarks about Adams.

The bottom line … Andy might appear slightly different — but deep down he’s still the same old guy!
