Pattinson has been engaged to Suki Waterhouse since 2023, and they welcomed a baby girl the following year.
Robert Pattinson Shares Relationship Insights from The Drama
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Robert Pattinson was asked about his and Zendaya’s characters in The Drama, who seem to be overthinkers. The interviewer inquired whether he tends to overthink or remains more relaxed in his relationships.
Pattinson humorously replied, “I don’t think at all,” while smiling broadly, before admitting that he does indeed overthink. “I’ll be an overthinker, and then one day, once you kind of gain proper trust, then no more thinking after that.”
When asked what single piece of advice he would take from his movie characters regarding relationships, he said, “I think communicate a little less,” adding, “Once you open the Pandora’s box, it’s just — it’s not necessary.”
The star of The Batman also recently ignited marriage rumors with Waterhouse on the red carpet of The Drama while speaking with Extra TV. The interviewer asked him and Zendaya if they had any real-life secrets, referencing her character, who seems to have many.
Zendaya played coy, responding, “I don’t know — that’s what secrets are, right?” She clarified that she has no secrets and nothing comes to mind at the moment. Her comments come amid ongoing speculation about her and Tom Holland possibly marrying in secret.
The interviewer then asked Pattinson for his perspective on the same question. He responded, “It’s the same one that you have,” gesturing towards Zendaya before they both laughed. This comment led many to wonder if Pattinson is matching Zendaya’s level of secrecy regarding his own wedding as well.
