Paramount Television Studios has chosen Sunset Pier 94 Studios in Manhattan as the filming location for Dexter: Resurrection Season 2.
The studio will open later this month. It has signed its first lease with Paramount, which will use 70,000 square feet. Filming will take place across two sound stages, with additional space for offices. The facility offers 232,000 square feet of total leasable space. It is located on the West Side Highway and overlooks the Hudson River (via Variety).

Empire State Development CEO Hope Knight noted, “We’re proud that season one was filmed right here in New York… We look forward to welcoming more projects to Sunset Pier 94’s stages as this world-class facility opens its doors.”
