Hailey Bieber is taking the opportunity to clarify the recent rumors surrounding her marriage. 

The representative for the model firmly dismissed the circulating speculation suggesting that her husband Justin Bieber delayed settling his $31.5 million financial dispute with former manager Scooter Braun until after the completion of her $1 billion Rhode Skin deal, implying that she would cover the costs. This assertion is misleading and unfounded. 

“The groundbreaking sale of Rhode is a remarkable achievement for Hailey,” stated Hailey’s representative in a press release on July 17 to Daily Mail, “and is entirely independent of her husband’s financial dealings.” This statement highlights Hailey’s success and autonomy in her business pursuits, emphasizing that her accomplishments are not intertwined with Justin’s financial obligations. 

Before Hailey’s representative provided this clarification, various reports had emerged suggesting that Justin—who is a proud father to their son Jack Blues Bieber, who is currently 11 months old—was unable to settle the $31.5 million debt owed to Scooter due to his financial constraints, a situation stemming from the cancellation of his 2022 Justice tour which resulted in unpaid commissions and advances. 

While Justin has not publicly commented on his financial arrangements with Scooter, he has previously expressed his unwavering support for Hailey following her successful sale of the Rhode Skin brand to e.l.f. Beauty for an impressive $1 billion in May. This endorsement showcases their strong partnership and mutual respect, further solidifying their bond as they navigate their respective careers.
