Robert Irwin Joins Season 34 of Dancing With the Stars

Is Anna Delvey Experiencing Regret Over Her ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Snub? Here’s What She Revealed… (Exclusive)

In a surprising turn of events, Dancing With the Stars has officially revealed the first cast member for its highly anticipated season 34.

The charming and dedicated wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin—the beloved son of the late, legendary wildlife expert Steve Irwin and his remarkable wife Terri Irwin—is gearing up to take the stage in the upcoming season of this iconic ABC competition series.

While the 21-year-old is well-known for his signature khaki attire, he will soon swap it for vibrant dancing costumes. Interestingly, Robert isn’t the first family member to showcase their dancing skills on this popular show. His sister, Bindi Irwin, made history by winning the Mirrorball Trophy back in 2015 during season 21, partnering with the talented Derek Hough—an achievement that still leaves her in awe.

In a heartfelt interview with Entertainment Tonight conducted in May 2024 alongside her brother Robert and their mother Terri, Bindi reflected on her triumph, expressing, “It still doesn’t feel real.” She also encouraged her family, saying, “I think you guys would shock yourselves with how good you would be.”

In a candid moment that could suggest future participation, Robert shared his enthusiasm, stating, “I’d give that a go. Yeah, I’d give it a go. I’d do it.” His eagerness to join the dancing competition could hint at exciting developments ahead for the Irwin family.
