“Sandlot” star Tom Guiry, who played Smalls in the film, got busted for throwing a strike … but cops say he did not hit his target with a baseball, he utilised a dumbbell!!!

TMZ obtained video of the alleged incident … and it seems to show Tom tossing a big weight on a auto windshield, shattering it totally.

The footage is completely bonkers … you see Tom bring the dumbbell behind his head and then drop it on a white Jeep … ahead of marching across two manicured front lawns to go back inside … all when the dumbbell rolls down the hood.

The Horry County Sheriff’s workplace tells TMZ … Tom was arrested June 2 immediately after officers responded to a disturbance contact and identified him in the middle of the street.

Cops say they began speaking to Tom and he was inquiring about his wife … and that is when the owner of the Jeep shouted at Tom, “Really? My window’s been shattered.”

HCSO says Tom replied … “That sucks man, I’ll pay you back, I’m sorry, I’m gonna get you back.” Police say he also excitedly uttered, “I did it. I’m sorry man. I’m coming back to get you … I … sorry brother, I’ll pay you back.”

Tom is shredding his Smalls persona, it appears … deputies say the Jeep’s owner told them Tom utilised a 35-pound dumbbell to harm his windshield.

Maybe dude’s been hitting the health club!!!

Things got even much more tense … cops say the victim told them Tom also approached his door and rang the doorbell with knife in hand … and that appears to line up with video, as effectively.

Ultimately, Tom was arrested and booked for assault, disorderly conduct and malicious harm.

This ain’t the initially time Tom’s been arrested … as we initially told you, back in 2013 he got busted in Texas immediately after allegedly attempting to kick a cop in the face and landing a headbutt.
