The young stars are reprising their roles in the upcoming sequel movie, which is based on the Wattpad novel “The QB Bad Boy and Me” by Tay Marley, and the release date and first look photos have just been unveiled.

Filming took place earlier this year, wrapping in April.

Sidelined 2 will focus on freshman star quarterback Drayton (Beck) as he struggles with the weight of expectations after a devastating setback, while dancer Dallas (Agudong) begins to question the future she thought she wanted. As their high school relationship begins to unravel under the pressures of distance and self-discovery, they’ll learn that the bravest versions of themselves emerge when they let life redirect them.

Also reprising their roles are James Van Der Beek and Drew Ray Tanner, with new additions including Charlie Gillespie and Roan Curtis. Find out who else is returning and who all is joining!

Justin Wu returns to direct, with a script by Crystal Ferreiro, who both produce alongside stars Noah and Sydney.

Sidelined 2: Intercepted is set to premiere on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th, on Tubi.
