Spring Release Excitement: Which One Tops Your List?

As the highly anticipated spring movie season approaches, we want to hear from you about the films that have caught your attention and are at the top of your must-see list this year!

It’s a shared sentiment among movie enthusiasts that the recent winter season of Hollywood blockbusters has been less than impressive, leaving much to be desired. From the lukewarm reception of Captain America: Brave New World to the unexpected box office failure of Mickey 17, the offerings have struggled to ignite the excitement that usually fills theaters. Unfortunately, the outlook for spring appears similarly bleak, especially with March shaping up to be a particularly challenging month for releases. Unless a surprise hit like The Alto Knights emerges as a classic akin to Goodfellas—which seems unlikely—audiences may continue to find themselves disappointed. However, there’s a glimmer of hope in April with the arrival of The Accountant 2, even though there’s still a lack of guaranteed hits on the horizon.

Regardless of the current landscape, we are eager to learn about the film that you’re most eagerly anticipating this spring. Please keep in mind that we are excluding any releases slated for May, as those typically mark the transition into the summer movie season, which has its own unique set of expectations and offerings that differ significantly from those in spring.
