Star Rail 3.8 Leaks Reveal Playable Character Constance

A new set of Honkai: Star Rail leaks has emerged, hinting at the possible release of a surprising character that had long been forgotten. The turn-based RPG created by HoYoverse is currently heading into the second portion of Version 3.5. During the patch, you were able to pick between Hysilens and Cerydra in Honkai: Star Rail, though in Phase 2, only Cerydra is available in the banners.

A lot of the attention is already shifting toward Version 3.6, as the next patch’s beta tests are occurring, and leaks have revealed several details. This includes details about Evernight and Dan Heng: Permansor Terrae, confirmed as the new 5-star units in the patch. The leaks have also revealed that an anticipated rerun in Honkai: Star Rail 3.6 may occur. However, some leaks are looking further down the line.

Constance May Be Released In Honkai: Star Rail 3.8

A new piece of information by Anon Leaks, which was shared by user CSTheng on Reddit, mentions that Version 3.8 may introduce Constance as a limited-time 5-star character in the banners. A previous leak provided by Sakura, which was shared by user Quna_chan on Reddit, also mentions this, stating that Constance will be a Nihility character.

While she is said to be on the Path of the Nihility, Anon Leaks mentions that she will likely not be a specialist in DoT (damage over time) mechanics like Hysilens. Instead, Constance is said to be a support for Super Break team comps, such as those led by Boothill, Rappa, or Firefly in Honkai: Star Rail.

Who Is Constance In Honkai: Star Rail?

Constance is a character who has already been revealed via a teaser trailer before the Astral Express made its way to Penacony. The character was highlighted as one of the many members of the Ever-Flame Mansion, a faction within the Annihilation Gang that was led by Duke Inferno. Not much has been revealed about them since, other than the fact that Duke Inferno was slain by Acheron in Honkai: Star Rail.

The Ever-Flame Mansion was disbanded following its leader’s death, and it was also speculated that members of the faction were also killed by Acheron as she made an attack on the group. However, it has been confirmed that Constance survived the incursion and even tries to put Black Swan against Acheron.

Based on her promotional material, Constance is depicted as a woman wearing an elegant white dress and a large hat. She seems to have some control over blue-colored flames, which may hint at her potential proficiency with Fire DMG in the game. If she is truly slated for release in Version 3.8, more details about her should start to emerge the closer we get to that update in Honkai: Star Rail.
