Tammy Rivera Discusses Her History & Marriage With Waka Flocka

Tammy Rivera opened up to Carlos King about her marriage with Waka Flocka. She reminisced about meeting him during a spring break in Miami and how he made significant efforts to win her over. She mentioned that the moment he arrived at her place in his tour bus was pivotal. Shortly after, she relocated herself and her daughter Charlie to Atlanta. Their love story unfolded as Waka envisioned, leading to their marriage, but sadly they filed for divorce in 2023.

Tammy explained to Carlos that while infidelity strained their relationship, other issues contributed to their separation. She confessed that she began losing respect for him and realized it was time for them to part ways.

“I would rather lose my husband at this time than lose my friend. After a while, when you go through so much with a person, you lose respect for them. I didn’t want that to be us. So, I gracefully bowed out,” Tammy shared.

Tammy Reveals What Ultimately Led To Her & Waka’s Divorce

Tammy mentioned that Waka eventually stopped cheating and genuinely attempted to mend their relationship, but she never fully healed. Nevertheless, she “chose to stay,” but remaining only fueled her resentment. Now, she has accepted their relationship’s conclusion and believes their time “just ran its course.”

Regarding their current relationship, Tammy stated they are in a good place now. She noted that they still communicate, and upon finalizing their divorce, they expressed gratitude for the memories and efforts invested in their relationship.

While reflecting on closing her chapter with Waka, Tammy candidly discussed starting anew with her partner, Kosher Oasis. The couple first appeared together this summer when Tammy posted a warm photo of them in the pool. Following that, Kosher captured the internet’s attention with his heartfelt love letter for Tammy’s 39th birthday.

Now, months later, Tammy asserts she fully supports her man. She told Carlos directly that nothing could make her leave the happiness she feels now.

“There is not enough money in the world that could make me leave this man. I could find a richer man, but I cannot find the morals and rich spirit that I have now. There’s [nothing] in this world that would replace what I have now,” Rivera expressed.
