“I didn’t even recognize her initially because she radiated such genuine and down-to-earth vibes. I can’t wait to see you and your husband soon,” the artist captioned the engaging clip.
In the shared footage, Shaunie revealed to Lofton that the tattoo she was opting to cover up displayed the names of her five children. She elaborated that this tattoo had been with her for 25 years, with the last touch-up, which included her youngest daughter’s name, occurring 19 years ago. The original tattoo depicted a beautiful rose with five leaves, each leaf representing one of her children’s names, and it was adorned with a graceful butterfly.
Lofton inquired if she had an affinity for lotus flowers, to which she enthusiastically replied in the affirmative. The video then transitioned to showcase the stunning final result of her new tattoo.
