Taylor Russell Responds to Being Confused with Rihanna

Taylor Russell isn’t upset about being mistaken for Rihanna.

After a reporter confused the Bones and All actress with the “Diamonds” hitmaker outside the Dior Paris Fashion Week show on January 26, Taylor responded with a calm demeanor.

“That’s Taylor f–king Russell,” someone said behind the camera in the fan-captured video posted to X on January 26, before Taylor added, “I’m just her little mini-me.”

However, she was looking forward to Rihanna’s arrival. To wrap up the light-hearted exchange, Taylor—who previously dated Harry Styles—said, “Yeah, I’m excited to see her.”

For the event, the Mother Couch actress wore an embroidered white dress with a high-neck design and dramatic hip drapes. To complete her look, Taylor, 31, wore a pair of black pointy pumps and styled her hair in an elegant updo.

It’s understandable why the journalist made the mistake. After all, Rihanna—who has children RZA, 3, Riot, 2, and Rocky, 4 months old, with A$AP Rocky—has previously mentioned that she would want the Canadian actress to portray her in a future biopic.
