The Traitors US season 4 contestant Tiffany Mitchell’s Big Brother 23 gameplay would make her the ultimate Traitor in the murder mystery competition series, and she should definitely be selected to be one of them. Tiffany became a Big Brother legend in 2021 as a member of The Cookout, a six-person alliance. The Cookout was the first all-Black alliance in Big Brother history, and they made it their mission to crown the first Black winner in the history of the show.
During The Traitors US season 4, Tiffany will be competing against 22 other stars with varying levels of reality TV competition experience, including Natalie Anderson (The Amazing Race), Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho (Survivor), Mark Ballas (Dancing with the Stars), Rob Cesternino (Survivor), Stephen Colletti (Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County, One Tree Hill), Candiace Dillard Bassett (The Real Housewives of Potomac), Ron Funches (Actor/Comedian), Maura Higgins (Love Island UK), Donna Kelce (Mother of NFL stars Jason & Travis Kelce), and Kristen Kish (Top Chef: Seattle).
Tiffany’s other The Traitors US season 4 competitors are Tara Lipinski (Olympic Figure Skater), Dorinda Medley (The Real Housewives of New York City), Monét X Change (RuPaul’s Drag Race), Eric Nam (Musician), Michael Rapaport (Actor/Comedian), Rob Rausch (Love Island USA), Lisa Rinna (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), Caroline Stanbury (The Real Housewives of Dubai, Ladies of London), Ian Terry (Big Brother), Colton Underwood (The Bachelor), Johnny Weir (Olympic Figure Skater), and Porsha Williams (The Real Housewives of Atlanta).
Tiffany is one of the most cunning and clever of all of the Traitors US season 4 players. Throughout her Big Brother 23 tenure, she proved herself to be a strategic mastermind, which is exactly what’s necessary in order to conceal one’s identity as a Traitor. Tiffany would be an obvious choice to be a Traitor, but she’d be able to hide it and convince her fellow contestants that she was a Faithful. Tiffany has already proved herself during Big Brother 23, and now she’ll take The Traitors US season 4 by storm.
Tiffany Mitchell’s Big Brother 23 Master Plan Explained
Tiffany became a Big Brother legend by masterminding The Cookout’s Master Plan. The six-person Cookout alliance was made up of Tiffany, winner Xavier Prather, runner-up Derek Frazier, Azäh Awasum, Hannah Chaddha, and Kyland Young. Tiffany’s creation of the Master Plan allowed The Cookout to reach the end of the game completely intact, which is a very rare occurrence for a large Big Brother alliance.
In the Master Plan, each member of The Cookout chose a plus-one with whom they would share a place on the chopping block as a pawn. This would disguise The Cookout while also ensuring that they had the votes to keep their members safe every week. The Cookout could nominate one of their own while knowing the whole time that they’d actually be voting out their plus-one. The plus-ones were completely clueless about being manipulated by The Cookout, including Britini D’Angelo (Azäh and Derek), Derek Xiao (Hannah), Beth Steagall (Kyland), Alyssa Lopez (Xavier), and Claire Rehfuss (Tiffany).
Tiffany’s genius strategy ensured that every member of The Cookout advanced to the Final 6 of Big Brother 23, and they achieved their goal of crowning the first Black winner in Big Brother history, Xavier. Without Tiffany’s groundbreaking and mind-blowing Master Plan, The Cookout might not have stayed hidden and together for so long. Because of this, Tiffany went on to win the $50,000 America’s Favorite Player prize, which was a much-deserved achievement.
Tiffany’s Big Brother Gameplay Prepared Her For The Traitors
Tiffany’s brilliant Big Brother gameplay prepared her for The Traitors, because she played most of the game incognito. Her plus-one, Claire, never suspected that she wasn’t completely loyal to her. Although Tiffany was the first member of The Cookout to be evicted in Big Brother 23, this was because the alliance knew all about her Master Plan and saw her as a threat. When it came time to turn on each other, they knew that they’d never be able to win against her in the end, so they evicted her. However, Tiffany successfully duped all of her other fellow houseguests.
Tiffany’s Big Brother 23 Master Plan was the perfect preparation for a game like The Traitors, during which lying and manipulation is essential. She proved that she’s capable of outsmarting her fellow contestants, which would make her the ultimate Traitor.
Tiffany Wants To Be A Traitor
Tiffany wants to be a Traitor rather than a Faithful during The Traitors US season 4. In an interview with EW, Tiffany explained that she was faithful already, which was most likely a reference to her loyalty to The Cookout during Big Brother 23. She said, “I should be selected as a Traitor because no one is rooting for Tiffany Monique Mitchell to come here to be Faithful, I’ve been faithful already.”
Tiffany did play a very faithful Big Brother game, and she never lost sight of The Cookout’s mission to crown the first Black winner, even when it would’ve been more beneficial for her to betray them for her own interests. In fact, while it appeared that Tiffany was only faithful to The Cookout and was a traitor to Claire, the opposite was true at one point in the game.
When The Cookout agreed that they would throw a Head of Household (HOH) competition to Kyland, Tiffany changed the plan at the last minute. She refused to drop out of the competition in order to keep herself off of the chopping block and to keep Claire safe as well. However, Tiffany’s win ended up putting her in a difficult position when her target, Alyssa, won the Power of Veto, and Tiffany had to evict Claire.
It was a devastating moment for Tiffany when she had to admit the truth about The Cookout to Claire because they had a real friendship. Although Claire understood the larger mission of The Cookout, it hurt Tiffany to have to betray her. Tiffany’s faithful gameplay had her caught between two alliances but in the end she did what she had to do to further her own interests which is exactly what a Traitor needs to do. It would be thrilling to see Tiffany completely unleash her power as a Traitor during The Traitors US season 4.
Tiffany continued by saying that her Big Brother legacy would make her the ideal Traitor. She stated, “I am here to be a Traitor because in my real life I dibble and dabble in blood I run a phlebotomy business but here I want to be covered in it. I want it all over my hands I came to murder kill seek and destroy. And besides who else from Big Brother would you have in here murdering people being a Traitor? You wouldn’t be disappointing me you would be disappointing your fan base.”
Tiffany’s Big Brother 23 gameplay proved that she’d be the ultimate Traitor in The Traitors US season 4. She’d be able to keep her identity under wraps despite the fact that many of her fellow players would suspect her. This is because of her charming personality which she could use to convince the Faithfuls that she was loyal to them and one of them. Tiffany is right that The Traitors US must make her a Traitor because it would be epic for the show and she could win the grand prize.
season 4 begins streaming on Thursday January 8th 2026 on Peacock.
