Aleksandr Shikolai, known by his stage name Alex Terrible, was originally set to make his bare-knuckle debut in the United States late last year. Unfortunately, due to a severe injury?a ?massive hematoma on his right cheek? sustained during training in November?he had to postpone his plans. In a humorous twist, he took to Instagram, sharing a reel that humorously stated, ?You know what? That was [the] last time I spar without headgear. Fuck this shit,? showcasing his lighthearted approach amidst adversity.

Fast forward three months, and the bear-wrestling singer stepped into the ring for his professional debut, facing off against Mukhamedkhan Ospanov from Kazakhstan during the RCC (Russian Cagefighting Championship) Hard 12 tournament in his hometown of Yekaterinburg. Ospanov, who came into the fight with one win and three losses, found himself overwhelmed and was ultimately defeated by stoppage in under a minute during the first round, marking a stunning victory for Terrible.

After the fight, RCC?s Instagram account reported on the match dynamics, stating, ?From the first seconds of the fight, Shikolai flew forward and unleashed a flurry of blows on his opponent. Ospanov collapsed and could not get up.? Additionally, Bare Knuckle Heroes noted that Terrible had previously secured a decision win in an informal bout that was later uploaded to YouTube, and it was reported last September that he officially signed with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.
