Weezer launched their Voyage to the Blue Planet tour with a rousing efficiency in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on Thursday.

The trek celebrates the thirtieth anniversary of the beloved alt-rockers? self-titled album, generally referred to as the Blue Album. While that LP was carried out in its entirety, it was solely a part of a much wider present.

From the opening moments of their St. Paul efficiency, Weezer made clear that their sci-fi-themed tour title wasn?t only for present.

A big spacecraft began on the stage, then ?blasted off? to reveal the band members, decked out in astronaut fits.
