Kim Zolciak is proudly showcasing her stunning physique after revealing all the cosmetic surgery procedures she has undergone over the years. The former star of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” took to her Instagram Stories on Friday, delighting fans with a mirror selfie in a chic black bikini.
In her post, she wrote, “Swimsuit on… on the way out the door to get a bit of sun.” This simple yet engaging caption captures her relaxed attitude as she enjoys some time outdoors. Zolciak opted for a natural look, stepping out without makeup, wearing a stylish pair of glasses, and styling her hair in a casual messy bun.
At 47 years old, Zolciak recently disclosed the full list of her cosmetic enhancements during her appearance on the show “Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind,” which aired earlier this month. She candidly shared, “I’ve had my breasts done a few times, and I underwent a tummy tuck. I also regularly receive fillers in my lips and get Botox treatments.”
Additionally, the well-known Bravolebrity recounted her experience with a neck surgery to address a herniated disc, as well as a non-invasive skin-tightening treatment known as Ultherapy, targeting her jawline for a more youthful appearance.
However, what she did not mention during the episode was her recent 2023 laser vaginal rejuvenation surgery, nor did she discuss the fillers she received in her ears to support heavy diamond earrings. This omission raises curiosity among fans about her complete journey with cosmetic enhancements.
The mother of six appeared on the show to discuss a previous contouring procedure that was intended to tighten her skin but instead had the opposite effect. She attributed her loose skin to the emotional toll of “going through a divorce” from Kroy Biermann and losing 10 pounds as a “small-framed person.”
Zolciak has faced criticism for her cosmetic choices in the past, yet she remains unapologetic about the enhancements she has made. “I sacrificed my body for six incredible people, so I opted for a mommy makeover,” Zolciak stated confidently. “Just because you are a mother doesn’t mean you have to let yourself go.”
She further emphasized her belief in self-improvement, stating, “My mother always said that if I had really big ears or a large nose that bothered me or anything else, she would have fixed it.” Zolciak added, “I’ve always kind of said the same thing to my daughters.”
