We can acknowledge that Vogue Taiwan isn’t typically one of the Vogue editions that captures our attention. The last time Taiwanese Vogue held our interest was when Lesile Sun featured Tilda Swinton as a cover star in late 2024. Before Swinton, only covers with Nymphia Wind and Kate Moss had intrigued us in recent years. Now, twenty-one months later, the magazine is back on our radar, with Carolyn Murphy revealed as a Vogue Taiwan cover star for the October 2026 edition. Photographed by Emmanuel Monsalve and styled by Carolina Orrico, the all-American beauty exudes understated elegance in the opening look from Demna’s Gucci Fall 2026 collection.

“Always an absolute treat to see Carolyn Murphy! Another one of the industry’s faces that has an everlasting allure. I could never get sick and tired of staring at that face, and the styling here instantly transports me back to the glory days when Carolyn was plastered everywhere as the face of Estée Lauder. Fabulous!” voiced vogue28.
Oaklee91 declared: “A model that always delivers!”
“Carolyn looks gorgeous. However, that sole nipple on the cover bothers me so bloody much! Either both on display or none. It’s weird!” pointed out forum member WAVES.
“If you zoom in, the other nipple is there, but you are right that it looks weird with one being so prominent,” MModa responded. “The cover is gorgeous and the editorial is good.”
“I love several photos from the editorial because Carolyn is an AMAZING supermodel. Yet the cover is quite cold and does nothing; it’s bland,” Bertrando3 noted.
