The singer performed live at the Opéra de Monte-Carlo as part of the 20th Anniversary Gala of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation. The American singer-songwriter later shared a carousel of photos and clips from the performance on Instagram, striking a pose beneath an ornate gilded ceiling inside the historic venue.
According to Christina Aguilera’s fan page, XtinaStylez, the “Genie In a Bottle” singer wore a cream zip-up jacket featuring corset-style cut-outs designed by Daniil Antsiferov, who is a Russian designer known for his contemporary approach to womenswear. The jacket has a fitted, sculptural silhouette, with sheer paneling carved along the bodice with a corset-like finish. The high-necked, long-sleeved piece also zips fully down the front, giving it a structured edge softened by the neutral palette.
Beneath the jacket, Aguilera opted for micro shorts in a matching tone. She completed the outfit with thigh-high boots in the same cream shade, elongating her silhouette. Her platinum blonde hair was left loose and voluminous to complement the outfit.
The styling leans into a futuristic-meets-glamorous aesthetic, a combination Aguilera has embraced repeatedly. The corset detailing on the jacket adds a structured contrast to the fluid, thigh-skimming shorts underneath.
The Monaco stop comes amid a packed stretch of international dates for the singer. The 45-year-old has been performing across Europe in recent weeks. Moreover, Aguilera frequently uses her tour wardrobe as an extension of her stage persona, favoring bold pieces from emerging designers.
