Chuck Norris, the actor and martial artist known for his role in Walker, Texas Ranger, died on March19,2026, shortly after being rushed to a hospital in Kauai, Hawaii, earlier that day.
Norris’ family announced his death in a statement shared to his Instagram account on March20.
“While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace,” the statement read.
The statement continued, “Through his work, discipline, and kindness, he inspired millions around the world and left a lasting impact on so many lives.
Norris’ family concluded their statement by acknowledging, “We know many of you had heard about his recent hospitalization, and we are truly grateful for the prayers and support you sent his way.”
