Sara Foster gained a modest level of fame to support herself.
The Barely Famous star discussed the misconceptions surrounding her status as David Foster’s daughter. She pointed out that while many believe children of celebrities have it easy, her father is not a billionaire and does not financially support her.
“My dad is very successful, let me be clear,” Sara stated on the July 1 episode of The Morgan Stewart Podcast. “But my dad has had many wives. He has many children. And we don’t have a trust fund.”
Indeed, Foster must share his earnings among his many children, including daughter Allison, 55, who he reconnected with after she was adopted as a baby; daughter Amy, 52, with ex-wife B.J. Cook; daughters Sara, 45, and Erin, 43, along with son Jordan, 40 with ex-wife Rebecca Dyer; and son Rennie, 5, with wife Katharine McPhee. (He’s also stepfather to Brandon Jenner, 45, and Brody Jenner, 42, from his marriage to Linda Thompson as well as Gigi Hadid, 31, Bella Hadid, 29, and Anwar Hadid, 27, from his marriage to Yolanda Hadid.)
