Dog Otto Introduced by Prince William and Kate Middleton

Prince William, Kate Middleton Celebrate 15th Anniversary With Priceless Family Photo

The royal family just got a new prince.

Prince William and Kate Middleton shared the adorable new addition to their family, which also includes kids Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 7.

Alongside an adorable photo of a dog that looks similar to an Irish Setter, William and Kate revealed in a May 1 Instagram post, “Welcome to the family Otto! 1 today.”

Otto is the latest member to join a few other pets in William and Kate’s family. The royals previously welcomed their dog Orla, a black cocker spaniel, in 2020. Meanwhile, William has also shared insight into the family’s least favorite chore: cleaning up their guinea pig’s cage.

As The Telegraph’s Victoria Ward shared following his 2024 visit to Woodgate Valley Urban Farm, William “revealed that his kids always forget to clean out their own guinea pig, leaving him to do it.”

William and Kate are far from the first royals to bring pets into their family. The late Queen Elizabeth II was known for her love of corgis, owning over 30 of them throughout her 70-year reign.
