Understanding the Doxxing Allegations in the Sexual Misconduct Case Against TDE

On February 5th, legal representation for plaintiffs Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri submitted an amended complaint to the Los Angeles Superior Court. This revised filing includes allegations of doxxing against TDE. Initially, Luna and Altayri sought to protect their identities by filing as Jane Doe and Jane Roe. However, TDE?s legal team, led by Marty Singer, publicly disclosed their identities in response to the suit.

In their amended lawsuit, Luna and Altayri allege they have experienced significant emotional distress due to the release of their names, which has led to receiving threatening and harassing communications from various individuals, as well as a detrimental impact on their income.

?The plaintiffs originally filed this lawsuit under pseudonyms, fearing for their reputations and safety if their real names were disclosed,? the complaint outlines. ?It is believed that Defendant TDE publicly stated to multiple news outlets on February 1, 2025, claiming this was a ?shakedown lawsuit by Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri,? thereby exposing the plaintiffs? identities to the public.?

The lawsuit details disturbing messages that third parties have sent, including threats of violence directed towards Luna, such as hopes that she gets ?raped and killed.? Other messages reportedly included horrific threats suggesting she should be ?burned alive? and ?sexually harassed.? These incidents illustrate the severe consequences of doxxing and the pervasive culture of harassment that can follow.

?Since her identity was disclosed, Ms. Luna has received numerous harassing messages from third parties, which have also extended to her media relations company?s social media accounts. Following the exposure of the plaintiffs? personally identifiable information, two clients of Ms. Luna chose to sever their professional ties with her, exacerbating her distress,? the lawsuit states.

Serious Allegations of Sexual Misconduct Against TDE Executives: Harassment, Assault, and Breach of Contract

As previously noted, Luna and Altayri filed their initial lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, detailing a range of alleged incidents of sexual harassment, battery, assault, and various other offenses involving Top Dawg Entertainment?s President, Anthony Tiffith Jr., and CMO, Brandon Tiffith. The initial claims date back to 2017 when Luna was purportedly approached for public relations and brand marketing services.

Despite fulfilling her contractual obligations, Luna claims she was not compensated fully for her work. The lawsuit outlines that by mid-March, TDE owed her thousands of dollars, yet her requests for payment to Mr. Tiffith Jr. went largely ignored, aside from sporadic partial payments amounting to only a few hundred dollars.

Both plaintiffs recount instances of sexual assault, including a troubling encounter between Altayri and Brandon Tiffith, who is accused of inappropriately rubbing his ?erect genitalia against her buttocks? without any form of consent, highlighting a significant violation of personal boundaries and professional ethics.

TDE?s legal team has publicly responded to these allegations, dismissing them as unfounded in a press release sent to The Shade Room.

?This lawsuit is an obvious example of a shakedown attempt by Linda Luna and Ayah Altayri, who demanded $48 million based on fabricated claims, while their attorneys seek their moment of publicity. We possess text messages and correspondence that completely disprove these baseless accusations. Furthermore, Ms. Luna and Ms. Altayri were never employees of Top Dawg Entertainment. Both women are seeking compensation for the emotional distress they have endured, along with claims for financial losses and punitive damages. They are also holding TDE accountable for allegedly enabling the misconduct that took place.
