A Hunger Games alum is facing legal issues.
Ethan Jamieson—who portrayed the District 4 male tribute in the 2012 adaptation of Suzanne Collins’ YA novel—has been arrested and charged with assault, according to arrest records reviewed by E! News.
The former child star was taken into custody in Raleigh, N.C., after police responded to a report of shots fired on March 22 around 9:52 p.m., as stated by Lieutenant David Davis of the Raleigh Police Department.
“Upon arrival, officers found the victim, who reported that an unknown suspect riding an e-bike had fired a shot at their vehicle while they were driving,” he added. “Two additional occupants were inside the vehicle at the time of the incident.”
Detectives identified Jamieson “as the individual who discharged a single gunshot in the direction of the victims’ vehicle” and the 27-year-old was subsequently taken into custody on March 23.
Jamieson is facing three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, according to Wake County Sheriff’s Office arrest records reviewed by E! News. His court date is scheduled for April 30.
