“There are some talented writers in the comic book realm, like Grant Morrison, who have effectively explored the concept of an omnipotent Superman and crafted compelling narratives around it,” Gunn explained. “However, my perspective is different. As a child, I found myself more drawn to Batman over Superman because, at times, Superman’s overwhelming strength diminished the stakes. We are creating a diverse universe of characters, and I aim to ensure that one character’s power does not overshadow others, making a skilled hero with a bow and arrow feel irrelevant.”
This thoughtful approach has ignited speculation among fans about the likelihood of an official announcement concerning a Green Arrow project in the near future, generating considerable enthusiasm.
