Kim Kardashian showcased her glamour in a plunging dress cutout moment while filming a promotional shoot for Season 8 of “The Kardashians.” The SKIMS founder reunited with her famous family for the campaign, wearing one of Tom Ford’s most recognizable Gucci designs.
The archival gown featured an ultra-deep neckline and a dramatic asymmetric side cutout that made it impossible to ignore.
Kim Kardashian’s dangerously plunging Gucci by Tom Ford dress gets a massive side cutout for ‘The Kardashians’
For the promotional shoot, Kim Kardashian wore a vintage Gucci by Tom Ford Fall/Winter 2004 evening gown. The black dress was famously the finale look from Ford’s last collection for the Italian fashion house. While the original runway version debuted in white, Kardashian opted for the striking black design.
The floor-length gown featured an extremely deep plunging neckline that extended to the waist. Additionally, a daring asymmetric side cutout exposed one side of her torso. The silhouette cinched at the waist before flowing into a sleek column skirt with a back slit for ease of movement. A sparkling crystal twin-dragon buckle at the waist served as the dress’s signature focal point.
This isn’t the first time Kim has worn the iconic Gucci creation. She previously stepped out in the same vintage gown at Vas J. Morgan’s Hollywood holiday party in Los Angeles last December. For that appearance, she layered the plunging dress over a delicate black lace bralette and completed the look with pointed-toe pumps and a floor-length shearling coat. This time, however, the styling remained much cleaner to let the archival design take center stage.
Kim paired the gown with her signature beauty look. She wore her jet-black hair sleek, pin-straight, and parted down the middle. Her makeup featured sculpted brows, smoky eye makeup, long lashes, softly bronzed skin, and her signature glossy nude lips.
