She also kept her signature edgy style intact with micro shorts, fishnet tights, and chunky knee-high boots.
Olivia Rodrigo becomes an adorable honeybee for Halloween in micro shorts and Dr. Martens boots
For her October 30 Unraveled Tour performance in Columbus, Olivia wore a custom yellow-and-black striped tie-top styled by Chloe and Chenelle. The sleeveless design featured a plunging V-neckline, thick shoulder straps, and horizontal black stripes across the yellow fabric. A front tie gathered the top at the waist, leaving part of her midriff exposed. The fitted silhouette made it easy to move in during her performance.
She paired it with black micro shorts featuring a fitted, high-waisted cut. A black studded belt with silver detailing added a punk-inspired touch. The costume’s standout accessories were a pair of large yellow wings attached to her back and a black-and-yellow striped bee antenna headband topped with fluffy yellow balls. Together, they completed the honeybee theme without taking away from the outfit’s rock-inspired styling.
Olivia layered professional fishnet tights underneath the shorts, adding texture to the look. She finished with black Dr. Martens 1B60 Bex Pisa leather knee-high boots. The lace-up design, rounded toes, and chunky platform soles gave the costume a grunge-inspired finish. She also wore custom 64Audio in-ear monitors, designed with a playful ‘Sex and the City’ theme.
Her long brunette hair fell in loose waves, while her makeup kept the focus on her stage look. The combination of theatrical accessories and familiar punk staples made the costume feel distinctly hers. Olivia has continued experimenting with custom footwear throughout the tour.
For her October 3 Washington, D.C. performance, she wore purple micro shorts with a cropped graphic top and custom pink-and-white checkerboard Vans. The sneakers added a personalised touch to that concert outfit, showing how she uses footwear to bring a different character to each stage look.
