‘Euphoria’ Star Jacob Elordi Says He Was “Locked in a Coffin” With Snake for 2 Days
Jacob Elordi didn’t try to slither out of this one.
In fact, the Euphoria alum was actually hyped for every horrific incident the show’s creator Sam Levinson thought up for his character Nate.
“I think Sam brought me back to torture me,” Elordi joked with costar Colman Domingo, who was in charge of hosting duties for the July 20 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!. “It was like, six weeks of me just getting beat by a seven-foot guy.”
And when it came time to film his character’s gruesome death—in which Nate was buried alive and died after being bitten by a rattlesnake—the 29-year-old confessed it was quite the experience.
“I got locked in a coffin for two days straight with prosthetics and a fake tongue, and I couldn’t see out of my eyes,” he shared. “And then Sam put snakes into the coffin.”
Shockingly, Elordi “was fine with it,” even as he shared the small space with a boa constrictor, who was playing the role of the rattlesnake in the final episode.
