On Thursday, May 8, Kendra Wilkinson took to her Instagram account to respond to an unwelcome remark.
She shared, “I just received a comment implying that I’m not the same person, that I appear sad, and that I’m still holding on to my ex.” This remark prompted her to express her feelings in a lengthy and heartfelt caption.
“I just want to clarify that … yes, I have indeed changed,” Kendra confirmed with sincerity.

She firmly asserted, “And no, I am not holding onto my ex!!”
Kendra clarified her stance: “I am simply honoring the respect he deserves as an exceptional co-parent.”

“Let me tell you, interviews have become quite challenging for me lately,” Kendra confessed.
She elaborated that interviews pose difficulties “because when they ask, I have to provide an answer.”
Kendra continued with a hint of resignation: “And what do you think they will be asking about every single time? Yes, Playboy.” The mention of Playboy has unfortunately been a recurring theme, often in a negative context, in recent discussions. She has made it clear that she has moved on.
“I’ve spent years trying to avoid revisiting the past, yet it seems people still have an insatiable curiosity about it,” Kendra expressed with a tone of exasperation.
“However, my life recently has been filled with joy and excitement,” she added, “surrounded by incredible friends and my two children.”
Kendra joyfully shared, “I’ve been dancing, meeting new people, enjoying laughter, playing golf, finalizing business deals, cooking tacos, and cheering on my kids at their sports events, [and] and so much more.”

“I have faced numerous challenges, yet I consistently strive to maintain a positive outlook,” Kendra stated emphatically.
“I’ve expressed my gratitude for my past multiple times, and I genuinely wish everyone the best,” she concluded.
Kendra wrapped up her message with a bright note, saying: “Anyway, I’m off to a charity event for a nonprofit organization.”
