Staffers tasked with driving the golf cart to a larger bus realized the bags were missing upon their arrival at a hotel.
According to the police’s preliminary investigation, the staff drove the cart down a dark, bumpy road, presenting the likely possibility that the bags simply fell off the back of the cart. As per the police report, “There is no evidence to suggest the bags were intentionally stolen.” At press time, there is no record of the bags being turned in.
