The Patriots Day Freedom Fest, an event associated with MAGA that featured Kid Rock as its headliner, has been canceled just days before it was scheduled to begin.
The event was set to take place on September 26 in Morning View, Kentucky. Unlike a traditional music festival, the Patriots Day Freedom Fest was intended to showcase a lineup of MAGA-aligned speakers, including Rock, reality TV star Dog the Bounty Hunter, U.S. Congressman James Comer, and Fox News contributor Joe Concha.
The Patriots Day Freedom Fest also introduced a unique ticketing model: General admission was planned to be free, while VIP tickets were priced at $1,000. This strategy evidently failed, as the festival reportedly sold only six VIP tickets. Influencer Eric Deters, who organized the event, announced its cancellation on social media.
MAGA Festival Organizer: ‘I Got Ignored!’
“When I organized the Patriots Day Freedom Fest, I did so with the expectation that I could fund it through VIP sales of $1,000 from these 100 individuals I regularly interact with,” Deters shared in a video. “I do numerous favors for these people. Some of them — I got ignored!… Then there are those who made excuses like, ‘Oh, I was traveling.’ As if their phone doesn’t work while traveling. I even tested some of them by giving them a hard time.”

Clearly upset by the cancellation, Deters vowed he would “never ever, ever, ever” host this event again. “None of these people will ever, ever, ever get a favor from me again. Ever,” he added, referring to his VIP friends who did not purchase tickets. At the time of writing, Rock had not commented on the canceled event.
