Mathew Knowles is mentioning Destiny's Child‘s name.
Beyoncé‘s father announced that the legendary girl group, which also includes Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, is exciting their fans with a thrilling musical twist for 2026: a new album.
“We have a number of remixes that have never been released,” Knowles revealed on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio on July 22. “We’ll be putting those out soon.”
The surprise release—the trio’s first since their farewell album Destiny Fulfilled in 2004—will feature familiar voices beyond the DC three that are sure to amaze fans.
“We have some guest rappers on it, but the girls are on it,” Knowles explained. “There are some dance mixes, and then there are some that are just regular urban mixes. So, there’s a combination.”
As for which artist might appear on the nostalgic tracks? Knowles hinted that an unreleased Missy Elliott song was among the plentiful “music that hadn’t been put out yet on Destiny’s Child.”
