“I won’t express my love in a way that imitates someone who didn’t truly know him,” she shared. “Because I did. He was my best friend.”
In recent years, Paris has opened up more about her relationship with her mother Debbie Rowe, whom she reconnected with at the age of 15, forming a special bond since then.
“It’s just great having her as a friend,” the singer-songwriter mentioned on Red Table Talk in 2021. “It’s wonderful getting to know her, discovering how alike we are, and learning about the kind of music she enjoys. She really likes country and folk, so I shared some of my work with her.”
Currently, the mother-daughter duo continues to stay connected. Paris even expressed on Instagram earlier this month, “Happy Mother’s Day to the woman they used as my template during the cloning process.”
