Jennifer Lopez headlined the final evening of Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Gioielleria, Alta Moda and Alta Sartoria celebrations at Isola Bella. The performance combined music, couture, and theatrical costume changes against the stunning Sicilian backdrop.

She opened the show in a custom sunshine-yellow silk chiffon gown. The dramatic look featured a deep plunging neckline, a jeweled floral bra, and a bodice decorated with multicolored gemstones and beaded fringe. A coordinating embellished cape echoed the floral details, while the flowing skirt featured daring thigh-high panels that added movement on stage.

Midway through the performance, Lopez surprised guests with a quick costume change. The chiffon gown came off to reveal a white rebrodé lace Dolce & Gabbana bodysuit.

The plunging design featured intricate crystal embroidery, handcrafted yellow chiffon flowers, and a dramatically high-cut silhouette that showcased her signature stage style. She completed the performance look with fishnet tights and a sparkling crystal microphone.

Lopez performed several of her biggest hits, including “Waiting for Tonight,” “Love Don’t Cost a Thing,” “I’m Into You,” and “Let’s Get Loud.” She also honored her Italian hosts by singing “Il cielo in una stanza,” paying tribute to Domenico Dolce, Stefano Gabbana, and Italy’s rich musical heritage.

The fashion house later revealed that Lopez wore three custom Dolce & Gabbana creations throughout the evening. Her second look featured an oxblood Chantilly lace ensemble with a detachable overskirt. It transformed into a lace minidress with sheer stockings and lace garters.

For the finale, she changed into a flowing orange silk chiffon gown paired with an intricately handcrafted cape embroidered with crystals and gold-tone embellishments.
