Key Takeaways

  • Emma Arletta’s presence: Emma Arletta is gaining significant attention in the fashion world.
  • New collection launch: The GIA/irl x Emma Arletta Fall ’26 collection has officially launched.
  • Size inclusivity: The collection is available in sizes 10–32, focusing on plus size women’s needs.
  • Fashion versatility: The collection emphasizes versatility for various occasions, from work to casual outings.

If it feels like Emma Arletta is everywhere right now, babes, that is because she kind of is.

Fresh off the energy of Big Girls Weekend in New York, right in the middle of all that NYFW excitement, and just months after her first collaboration with GIA/irl, Emma is already back with another reason for the plus size fashion girlies to pay attention.

The GIA/irl x Emma Arletta Fall ’26 collection officially launched, and this time the duo is moving beyond bridal celebrations and into the rest of our very busy, very fashionable lives.

Think work. Brunch. Running around pretending your iced coffee counts as breakfast. Date night. Girls’ night. And those random fall afternoons when you absolutely did not need to serve a look but somehow did anyway.

We love range.

And more importantly? We love seeing a plus size collaboration that understands that our wardrobes need range, too.

The second GIA/irl x Emma Arletta capsule is available in sizes 10–32 and spans everyday dressing, contemporary workwear and statement pieces, with fit, proportion and comfort developed specifically with plus size bodies in mind.

That last part matters.

Because this GIA/irl x Emma Arletta collection is not asking plus size women to simply be grateful that something comes in our size.

It is asking a much better question:

Is it giving fashion?

This is where the second collaboration gets particularly interesting.

Earlier this summer, GIA/irl and Emma gave plus size brides something we have been asking for forever: actual fashion for all of the events surrounding the wedding.

Not just another white wrap dress and a prayer.

Their bridal-events collection gave us options for the engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner and all those little “I’m getting married!” moments between “I said yes” and “I do.” We covered that first GIA/irl x Emma Arletta collection when it launched because its specificity mattered.

Fall ’26 widens that lens.

Instead of designing around one milestone, GIA/irl x Emma Arletta is designing around how plus size women actually get dressed.

There are pieces for the office. Pieces for lounging. Pieces for going out. Pieces that can bounce between categories depending on your shoes, accessories and level of commitment to the assignment.

And the visuals? Shot by photo extraordinaire Lydia Hudgens, because apparently this collaboration decided the clothes were not allowed to be the only thing serving.

We recently talked with Hudgens about PLUS: Expanding the Frame, her photography book dedicated to putting plus size bodies exactly where they belong: fully inside the fashion frame.

So, seeing her lens behind this campaign?

Yeah. That tracks.

Gia Sinatra, founder and CEO of GIA/irl, describes versatility as central to the collection.

“The goal was to create a collection where every piece feels special but still feels wearable.”

And there it is.

Because special and wearable should not be opposing concepts in plus size fashion.

Neither should trendy and functional.

Neither should comfortable and sexy.

We contain multitudes, darling. Our closets should be allowed to do the same.

Can We Talk About the Cream Set, Please?

Because I have been trying to remain professionally objective here.

Trying.

But that cream Juliette set?

Ma’am.

The cream jacket and coordinating trousers are speaking directly to me.

There is something about a relaxed cream set that knows exactly what it is doing. It gives easy polish without feeling too precious. It is the kind of outfit you can throw on with a tank and sneakers and somehow look like you had a plan all along.

Then you separate the pieces?

Now we are cooking.

Give me the jacket over denim.

Give me the trousers with a fitted tee.

Give me the full set with heels, gold accessories and the confidence of a woman who absolutely did not check her bank account before adding to cart.
