Kayla Sessler is expanding her family once more.

The Teen Mom star announced she’s pregnant and expecting baby No. 4, her second with boyfriend Ryan Leigh, in a video shared on social media Sept. 17.

The new arrival will join the couple’s son Zyaire Jaxon Leigh, 18 months, as well as Izaiah Cole Alexander, 7, from Kayla’s relationship with Stephan Alexander and Ariah Jordynn Davis, 6, from her romance with Luke Davis. Ryan is also dad to son Zander Leigh, 9, from a previous relationship.

In the Instagram clip, Kayla and Ryan enjoyed a leisurely outing to a park with their kids as the expectant mom cradled her growing bump. From there, the group—who all wore coordinating white outfits—migrated to the beach, where the 26-year-old revealed her ultrasound as Ryan gave her a kiss on the cheek.

And while the blended family is making room for one more, the impending arrival may be their last. In the caption of the post, Kayla hinted that her household would soon be complete, writing, “Our final addition.”
