Season two of Ransom Canyon is on the way!
The Netflix series set in Texas Hill Country was renewed for a second season in June 2025, and filming took place later in the year and has already wrapped.
Per The Wrap, in season two, “The future of Ransom Canyon hangs in the balance as ranching dynasties continue to vie for power, and new faces arrive, threatening the lives and loves of this quaint, western town.”
“I couldn’t be happier that Netflix is ready to get back in the saddle for Ransom Canyon!” creator and showrunner April Blair said in a statement. “Our dreamy little corner of Texas Hill Country is full of stories still untold, and we can’t wait to bring them to our incredible fans. Get ready for another ride.”
With filming wrapped on Ransom Canyon season two, and we await more details, we are taking a look at which stars are confirmed to return, who got promoted, who is NOT returning, and who’s new to the cast.
