Returning 2026 Thriller on Netflix Reveals New Plot Details

Netflix is gearing up for another insane feud, revealing a first look at the next season of its returning comedic psychological thriller.

Created by Lee Sung Jin, <em>Beef</em> debuted in 2023, starring Steven Yeun and Ali Wong as a pair of strangers whose road rage incident spirals into a vicious battle of increasingly drastic pranks. The dark comedy currently has a 98% Rotten Tomatoes score and won eight Primetime Emmys. Beef season 2’s cast includes Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Charles Melton, and Cailee Spaeny.

Now, Vanity Fair has revealed some exclusive first images from Beef’s sophomore season and some new plot details. Per the feature, Beef season 2 will depict the fallout when a Gen-Z couple (Melton and Spaeny) witness an intense argument between a millennial couple (Isaac and Mulligan) who are also their co-workers, and use a recording of the fight to their advantage.
