Rib Recontouring Before-and-After Photos by Below Deck’s Alli Dore

RHORI’s Rulla Pontarelli Confirms Nose Job, Lip Lift Amid Recent Plastic Surgery Transformation

Alli Dore believes her latest cosmetic procedure is a sure thing.

The Below Deck Sailing Yacht alum showcased her body transformation after undergoing rib recontouring, sharing photos of her waist during her recovery.

“Just under halfway at 5.5 weeks out of 12 and already convinced this is the best thing I’ve done,” Dore captioned before-and-after bikini snapshots on Instagram July 28, later clarifying in the comments section, “Not my best life accomplishment. Best thing I’ve done cosmetic-wise.”

In fact, the 38-year-old—who shares son River, 4, with Benny Thompson—mentioned she has noticed a significant “dip” in her waist since the procedure.

Dore, who noted that she was in a paid partnership with Snatched Waist, added in another comment, “After looks way better.”

Rib recontouring—also known as rib modeling—is a procedure where the lower ribs are weakened and repositioned to create a slimmer waistline, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. The technique is performed using a Piezotome device, which scores the bone without affecting the tissue through ultrasonic vibrations.
